30-Day Guarantee Policy
Thank you for choosing our shop for your PSP console needs! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our detailed 30-day PSP guarantee policy:
1. 30-Day Guarantee Period
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us with any issues regarding their PSP console.
To initiate a claim, please email or direct message us with the following information:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos and/or videos clearly demonstrating the problem.
We will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue via messaging to resolve it as quickly as possible.
2. Inspection and Returns
If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will provide a shipping label for the console to be sent back to us for inspection.
Once we receive the console, we will:
- Inspect and diagnose the problem.
- Repair or replace the console, if applicable, at no additional cost to you.
- In the rare case that the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or alternative solution.
3. After the 30-Day Guarantee Period
If you experience issues with your console after the 30-day period, we are still happy to assist.
A fee may apply for repairs or additional services outside the guarantee period.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to send the console to us for inspection and repairs.
4. Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Accidental damage, including water exposure or drops.
- Issues unrelated to the functionality of the console, such as cosmetic wear and tear.
